How to Export an Enrolment Form to a Management Information System

Overview

Once you've created an enrolment form Smart Assessor allows you to export it to your management information system. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to help you through the process.

Who Can Do This?

Only Master Admins have access to export enrolment forms.

Steps to Export the Enrolment Form

  1. Go to the Admin Tab
  2. In the Admin section, click on the Forms tab. From there, select Edit Existing Form.
  1. Find the enrolment form you’ve created. Click on the pencil icon next to it to edit.
  1. Click on CSV Manager.
  1. Select the options you want to include in the CSV export.
  1. Once you've chosen your options, press Save.
