How to Export an Enrolment Form to a Management Information System
Overview
Once you've created an enrolment form Smart Assessor allows you to export it to your management information system. Here's a simple step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
Who Can Do This?
Only Master Admins have access to export enrolment forms.
Steps to Export the Enrolment Form
- Go to the Admin Tab
- In the Admin section, click on the Forms tab. From there, select Edit Existing Form.

- Find the enrolment form you’ve created. Click on the pencil icon next to it to edit.

- Click on CSV Manager.

- Select the options you want to include in the CSV export.

- Once you've chosen your options, press Save.
