IQA - Sample Plan: Apply Course Sampling / Final Checks

OVERVIEW
Smart Assessor provides the opportunity within the IQA sampling plan to apply course sampling or final checks, this user guide will demonstrate the process of applying both sample types to the IQA sampling plan.
PREPARATION
Login using IQA credentials.
USER RESTRICTIONS
IQA- only.
DETAILS
- Select QA sample plan from the grey navigation bar.
- Select the relevant Course and associated sample plan from the two drop down lists and filter
- Select the appropriate Assessment Methods & Assessment Processes. (Note* Assessment methods are fixed and cannot be amended & Assessment Processes are customisable and created by Master admin role)
- Select the appropriate Sample Type and Sample Date.
- Select the appropriate Sample types for Course Sample or Final Check and click Apply Sample.
- Once selected the Course Sample will display the selected data.
