Step-by-Step Guide
- Log in to Smart Assessor as a Master Administrator.
- In the main menu, click on the Admin Tab.
- Under the Admin menu, select the Client Configuration option.
- In the Client Configuration page, select the Session option.
- Tick the box labeled Set Induction and Formal Review Session Courses as Mandatory.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
By mandating all courses for inductions and formal reviews, you ensure that:
- Your process stays consistent for every learner.
- Compliance and audit requirements are met.
- Assessors cannot accidentally exclude any courses.
