When logged in as a Master Administrator, select the Admin Tab, followed by the Qualification Tab within the Admin area, and then select the Assessor Risk Rating option. Also, when you log in as IQA, click on the Assessor Risk Rating tab.
When you first access the Assessor Risk Rating page, you can set a percentage for high, medium, and low risks by entering the details in the appropriate field and selecting Save (this is a numerical field allowing up to 2 digits).
On the left-hand side of the page is a list of the assessors on your site. Click on one of the names to select that assessor. The resulting page will default to display the courses associated with that assessor. You can either set a different risk rating for each course or set it all to low, medium, or high. You can also set a reminder date to review the risk ratings for that assessor.
The selected risk rating will now be displayed for the assessor with the relevant colour code. In addition, you can select the plus icon at the end of the row for the course to add a comment.
If you scroll down, you will see a table for assessment method risks, and you can set the risk for each assessment method for the selected assessor by following the method as described above.
The associated risk rating will be displayed on the IQA sample plan for that assessor.
