When logged in as a Master Administrator, select the Admin Tab, followed by the Qualification Tab within the Admin area, and then select the IQA Files option.
At the top of this page, you will see an option to choose File for All IQA. To add a file here, select the Choose File button and browse your File Explorer for the desired file. Once selected, the chosen file will appear next to the Choose File button. Select Upload to upload the selected file to this area.
The file will then appear in the Choose File for All IQA area with an option to delete. Clicking on the file name will download that file.
To upload a file against multiple IQAs, select the checkbox against the IQAs’ names, and then choose and upload the file as detailed above. You will see the success message, and the chosen file will appear when you expand the details for the IQAs that were selected.
To upload a file against a single IQA, expand their details by selecting the Plus icon next to their name.
You can then upload a file against the selected IQA as before and the uploaded file will appear under that IQA’s name.
Any files that have been uploaded will also appear on the IQA Home Page for the relevant IQA(s), under the list of Learners.
